Designed and built the largest on-farm worm composter in the southeastern United States for a 15-acre certified Organic tropical fruit grove operation. Waste and reject fruits are used in the system to recycle and improve nutrients back into the groves. The earthworm composter has given LNB Groves the competitive edge over other organic farms in the area, which due to shallow soils have fertility and organic matter issues.
